The Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West offers a schedule of ever-changing professional learning opportunities open to all educators. If you're interested in a topic that isn't listed below, you can always request a professional development session for your building or district by clicking on and filling out this form: District or Building PD Request Form. As a reminder, these customized services are free for our PD member districts (Maumee, Perrysburg, Rossford, Springfield, Sylvania, and Washington Local) and may be purchased by another district for a fee, viewable here on our Non-Consulting Services Aligned Districts Fee Schedule.

Putting Faces on the Data
BOOK STUDY
Join us as we learn how to develop a common language for sharing all students' progress with all teachers and leaders and how to use ongoing assessment to inform instruction.

Trauma and Amygdala Hijacks
During this session, participants will learn how trauma rewires the brains, and how educators can safely and effectively manage "hijacked" students.

TIDE’s Assessment Authoring Tools
Learn how to use this free tool to build customized tests (and access benchmark and checkpoint tests) from released Ohio Test Questions using the same portal as the tests.
