Vision

The vision of the ESC of Lake Erie West is to be a proactive organization that serves as a valued collaborative partner and innovative educational leader.

Mission

The mission of the Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West is to provide quality resources, services and opportunities that meet the unique needs of our partners in the educational community.

Goals

As an organization focused on continuous improvement, the ESC of Lake Erie West has the following goals:

  1. LEADERSHIP - Provide strong, innovative leadership, guidance and support to our local, regional, statewide and community partners.
  2. QUALITY & ACCOUNTABILITY – Provide staff, programs, services and professional learning opportunities that meet or exceed the quality and accountability expectations of our partners; assist our partners in implementing Ohio’s Strategic Plan for Education.
  3. COLLABORATION – Promote and enhance collaboration within our organization and with our local, regional, statewide and community partners.
  4. RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Manage all resources available to the organization efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our organization and our partners.
